我們收集的資料 / Data we collect

當你透過 Threads 官方 OAuth 授權連結帳號後，本服務僅取得並儲存：你的 Threads 用戶名稱與用戶編號、存取權杖（access token），以及依你設定的關鍵字搜尋所得的公開貼文內容。我們不會取得、也無法取得你的密碼。

使用 Google 登入時，我們僅取得你的 email、名稱與頭像，用於建立帳號；不會存取你的 Google 密碼或其他 Google 服務資料。

After you connect your Threads account via the official OAuth flow, we only obtain and store: your Threads username and user ID, the access token, and public posts matching the keywords you configure. We never receive or store your password.

When you sign in with Google, we only obtain your email, name, and profile picture to create your account; we never access your Google password or other Google service data.

資料的使用 / How data is used

上述資料僅用於提供本服務的功能：關鍵字監測、於儀表板顯示貼文，以及在你逐篇確認後，以你的帳號發佈回覆。我們不會將資料出售或提供給無關第三方。

Data is used solely to provide this service: keyword monitoring, showing posts in your dashboard, and publishing replies from your account after your explicit confirmation. We never sell data or share it with unrelated third parties.

AI 建議回覆 / AI reply suggestions

當本服務為一則貼文產生 AI 建議回覆時，會將該則公開貼文的內容與作者名稱，以及你填寫的品牌資料（品牌名稱、產品或服務說明、連結與回覆語氣），傳送給 Google LLC 的 Gemini API（付費方案）處理。這些資料僅用於產生該則建議回覆，不作其他用途。依 Gemini API 付費服務條款，Google 不會使用這些提示與回應來改進其產品或訓練模型，僅為偵測濫用與法律遵循而有限期保存紀錄。

When the service generates an AI reply suggestion for a post, the text and author username of that public post and the brand information you provided (brand name, product or service description, link, and tone notes) are sent to the Gemini API (paid tier) operated by Google LLC. This data is used solely to generate that suggestion. Under the Gemini API terms for Paid Services, Google does not use these prompts or responses to improve its products or train models, and retains logs only for a limited period for abuse detection and legal compliance.

資料的儲存與保護 / Where data is stored and how it is protected

資料儲存於 Cloudflare, Inc. 提供的雲端基礎設施。你的 Threads 存取權杖會先加密再儲存，只有在代你搜尋貼文或發佈回覆時才會解密使用。

Data is stored on cloud infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, Inc. Your Threads access token is encrypted before it is stored and is only decrypted when searching posts or publishing replies on your behalf.

付款與發票資料 / Payment and invoice data

購買方案時，付款由 LINE Pay 處理，我們不會取得或儲存你的信用卡或 LINE Pay 帳戶資料；僅儲存訂單編號、LINE Pay 交易編號、金額，以及你填寫的發票資訊（Email、統一編號與抬頭、載具），用於開通方案、開立發票與客服。

When you purchase a plan, payment is processed by LINE Pay. We never receive or store your credit card or LINE Pay account details; we only store the order ID, LINE Pay transaction ID, amount, and the invoice details you provide (email, tax ID and company name, carrier), used to activate your plan, issue invoices, and provide support.

行銷工具與網站分析 / Marketing tools and analytics

若你設定 Slack、Discord 或其他 Webhook 網址,我們會把符合通知條件的公開貼文(作者、貼文內容、連結、評分;Slack 與 Discord 只送開頭一段)送到你指定的網址。開啟點擊追蹤時,回覆中的連結會經過 hisoon.app 的短網址,我們只記錄點擊次數與日期,不記錄點擊者的個人資料。本網站可能使用 Google Analytics(經 Google Tag Manager)統計網站流量與註冊、購買等事件,會使用 Cookie;你可以在瀏覽器設定中封鎖。

If you set up a Slack, Discord, or other webhook URL, we send public posts that match your notification settings (author, post text, link, score; Slack and Discord receive only the first part of the text) to that URL. When click tracking is enabled, links in your replies go through a hisoon.app short link; we only record click counts and dates, not personal data of the people who click. This website may use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) with cookies to measure traffic and events such as sign-ups and purchases; you can block cookies in your browser settings.

資料刪除 / Data deletion

你可以隨時在本服務解除綁定，或於 Threads「設定 → 帳號 → 網站權限」移除本應用程式的授權；我們將在收到取消授權通知後刪除你的存取權杖與相關資料。也可來信 q11295@gmail.com 要求刪除。

You may disconnect at any time in this service, or revoke the app in Threads Settings → Account → Website permissions; we delete your access token and related data upon deauthorization. You may also email q11295@gmail.com to request deletion.
